This intranet system was built for PHH Europe Ltd. to capture the details of prospects
phoning for details of personal leasing schemes. These schemes are provided by 3rd parties
such as The Woolwich and Frizzells, with PHH managing the vehicle ordering, provision and
maintenance packages.
By using this system the call centre team were able to utilise extra staff quickly and
with minimumal training overheads to overcome peaks of demand. The use of a browser based
system meant that the system could be easily deployed wherever required in the organisation.
